Submitting an Application
For 2011, The Erie Community Foundation is modifying its grant application process in two major areas. First, grant applications will be accepted exclusively online. Secondly, grant applications will follow the program areas of the Erie Vital Signs project. More details are available at the Erie Vital Signs website.

It is recommended that you use the most updated version of your web browser when completing the online grant application.
The following documents need to be uploaded with your application:
- IRS 501©(3) determination letter
- Annual report
- Letter (s) support/collaboration
- Your agency’s Board of Directors list and contact information
- Most recent organization financial Audit (please see below)
Financial statements required:
