Common Understanding

In order to develop a common understanding of issues related to increasing access to care in Erie County, the Foundation produced a community connection piece Access to High Quality Primary Health Care Services. It provided a snapshot of Erie County statistics that impact health, identified challenges to inadequate access to care, information on options to receive health care coverage, and opportunities for involvement.
